5/3/2007 Every time I saw people working in the fields like this I thought, 'if an average Canadian farmer came here with his combine, seed drill, discer, bail wagon and tractors, he would be able to grow incredible amounts of food.'

5/3/2007 It is wonderful that Turkey and its people still have their traditional arts. Many coutries ahve lost theirs, which is sad. I believe the Turkish carfts are expressions about the richness of life and how it is important to enjoy the gifts of the world and nature.
