This is where the fun begins. From here, you can edit any of the reports.

When you create a new report, first you get an assistant which lets you choose the fields in your report. From here, you can add filtering, sorting, and more.

Once you are done with the assistant, A SQL statement is built that even includes all the joins you need. The Report Editor is where your knowedge of SQL can come in very handy. From here, you can make small changes such as changing column headers. Or you can completely replace the SQL to make a cross-tab query, for example.
